Sometimes you see on the street people punch others suddenly. Out of nowhere, you get hit by a sucker punch. Honestly speaking, defending a sucker punch especially when you have no clue what's going on is very difficult.

You can analyze different situations and you might find some patterns. Again, what you see or get from your analysis, always expect something that you have never seen or thought of. If anything happens like that, you are more prepared.

When people argue with other people and it is getting more intense, you see they usually come close and shout. If someone says something to you, you are supposed to respond. In case it is someone else's mistake and you are blamed for that, you have to speak up. You have to talk to the person that what he says, that's not true.

The thing is, we get angry and start shouting. Sometimes the situation gets worse. You see people grabbing the collar of the shirt and start pulling. When you are in a close range, anything can happen. It is difficult to see and it takes time to respond. The moment you respond, you already get the hit.

Before throwing a sucker punch, the guy can make a distance. He might look around. If he looks around, maybe he is checking whether other people see him or not. Or, just make sure he can punch and get away with it easily. When someone raises his hand, that can be a signal that he can punch you. His hand can be on his face or head.

To defend any attack, if your hands are up, it becomes easier to defend the attack. In real life, you cannot always keep your hands up with fist, it can give an obvious signal that you want to fight or you are ready to fight. Instead, you can keep your hands up and your hands should be open. It is not like you want to fight. In case, someone attacks or does a sucker punch, you are ready to defend yourself.

Let's watch this video.
