Choo Shin-soo of the Texas Rangers in the U.S. Major League is again showing off his instinct to run.
Choo started as the second batter and right fielder in an away game against the Los Angeles Angels on Tuesday.
In his first at-bats in the first inning, Choo stepped down as a right fielder. In the first inning of the second inning, when he was leading 4-0. This is the moment when he has been on base for five consecutive games.
At the third batter at the top of the fifth inning, he retired as a line-drive center. He also pitched hitters in the top of the eighth inning, but was caught as a shortstop line drive. Choo replaced Drew Robinson in defense in the bottom of the eighth inning. Choo, who recorded one hit in four times at bat, has a batting average of 272.
