Veteran left-hander David Price of LA Dodgers, who won 150 victories in the MLB's career, recorded a save in the regular season for the first time since his debut.

Price climbed on the mound in the early ninth inning when the team led the game 7-5 in the match against the Colorado Rockies held at Dodger Stadium on April 15. Finishing up Kenley Jansen threw 19 balls the day before, and the price went up instead.

Immediately on the pitch, Price faced a crisis by allowing two hitters in a row, struck out Trevor Story and Garrett Hampson and sighed.Next, Lymel Tapia was also treated as a ground ball for second base, and Price recorded a save.

Price, who debuted in the major leagues at the 2008 Tampa Bay Race, has made 324 appearances up to this match. Price is recording 150-80 in his career, but this was his first save. Even after the postseason, it has been 13 years since the 7th round of the 2008 American League Championship Series.

Price was traded to the Dodgers last year, but due to concerns about the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (covid 19) the entire season was rested. After returning this year, Price couldn't join the starting line and started the season in the bullpen.

I could have hurt my pride, but Price didn't care. In an interview last month, Price said,If the team can go in a better direction, I'll do anything,he said, saying that he would take the bullpen.
