On Wednesday, October 27th, 1999, the New York Yankees defeated the Atlanta Braves at Yankee Stadium in New York to win the 95th World Series four games to none. It was the 25th World Series championship for the Yankees franchise and the 29th that was won in New York. These are the top five players that I felt most stood out during the series.
