UFC president Dana White has revealed that a fight between the promotion's heavyweight champion Jon Jones and former heavyweight titleholder Stipe Miocic could take place in November at UFC 295.
Here are his exact words: “I'm absolutely sure that John wants to fight Miocic. He considers Stipe the greatest heavyweight of all time. He wants to beat him convincingly. Will there be a fight in New York at UFC 295? Yes, that's what we're aiming for. It probably will"
Jones has 29 fights, in which he won 27 victories (ten by knockout), suffered one defeat, and one fight with his participation was declared invalid. Miocic has 24 fights (20 wins – 4 losses).
