Jakarta - Marc Marquez spends most of his time in the garage, but remains the fastest rider in the third MotoGP Austrian free training which took place wet.

The third free practice in Red Bull Ring, Saturday (08/08/2018) afternoon WIB starts in wet conditions. Nevertheless, the track gradually dries as the exercise progresses.

Marquez, who spends time waiting for the track to dry, seizes the top spot with a best time of one minute 26.496 seconds. He was almost two seconds ahead of Bradley Smith in second place.

Smith recorded the best time of one minute 28.280 seconds or 1.784 seconds behind Marquez. Scott Redding completes the top three with a distance of 1.982 seconds from Marquez.

Cal Crutchlow was in fourth position, followed by Thomas Luthi and Jack Miller. Andrea Dovizioso, Alex Rins, Hafizh Syahrin and Maverick Vinales are 7-10.

Meanwhile Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi were 14th and 15th respectively. Especially for Rossi, he will qualify from Q1.
