With the cancellation of the British MotoGP, there is no change in the rank of drivers in the standings. Marc Marquez is still at the top and carries 201 points.

The Repsol Honda rider maintained a 59-point lead over Valentino Rossi who occupies the second place (142 points), followed by the Ducati duo: Jorge Lorenzo and Andrea Dovizioso in the last four - both one point adrift.

Ranked fifth in Yamaha rider Maverick Vinales (113 points), with a trio of satellites: Danilo Petrucci, Johann Zarco and Cal Crutchlow by just two points.

Then in the ninth rank there is the name Andrea Iannone, collecting 84 points, and which team mate Alex Rins stalks in 10th place. The Spaniard recorded 66 points.

The duel between fellow rookies, Hafiz Syahrin versus Franco Morbidelli, is still led by El Pescao, two points ahead. While Thomas Luthi and Xavier Simeon have yet to score points.

The next MotoGP will be held at the Misano Circuit, San Marino on September 9 next month.
