MONTE CARLO - LCR Honda Team Leader Lucio Cecchinello gives a bit of prediction about one of his riders, Takaaki Nakagami, at the 2019 MotoGP world championship. He believes Nakagami can be a top driver next year.

As is known, the 2018 MotoGP has become the first season for Nakagami to go down in the primary class. Nakagami is plotted as a tandem as well as to alleviate Cal Crutchlow's duties as a single rider of Team LCR Honda.

Nakagami presence in 2018 MotoGP itself received a warm welcome. Even the Japanese driver had predicted would appear extraordinary and seize the Rookie of the Year MotoGP 2018.

In reality, however, Nakagami appears beyond expectations. How not from the nine races that have passed, Nakagami still struggling in position 21 with the acquisition of 10 points only. His best record just finished the 2018 MotoGP Spain race in 12th position.

However, Cecchinello expressed a different view regarding Nakagami's performance with the Honda LCR Team. Cecchinello rate Nakagami has performed very well, and even he predicts the driver will look fabulous next year.
