On Sunday, November 10th, 2024, the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series concluded with Joey Logano defeating Ryan Blaney by five points to win the 76th championship in Cup Series history. It was the third championship for Logano, as Tyler Reddick claimed the regular season championship.
The 2024 Daytona 500 was won by William Byron, while Logano led the most laps in the event with 45.

3. #24 William Byron (-6, Finished 3rd in final race)
Byron finished third in points for the second year in row, grabbing three victories, 13 top-fives and 21 top-10s to earn a 12.9 average finish along with leading the most laps in a pair of events.
2. #12 Ryan Blaney (-5, Finished 2nd in final race)
Blaney ended up with the runner-up spot in the final standings after capturing three wins, 12 top-fives and 18 top-10s for an average finish of 15.2, leading the most laps in two races as well.
1. #22 Joey Logano (Won final race)
Logano continued his run of dominance in even-numbered years, scoring the win in the final race for a total of four on the season with seven top-fives and 13 top-10s for a 17.1 average finish, leading the most laps in a pair of starts in the process.
