Interesting and attractive meeting of the western conference, where the perimeter Houston Rockets will face the young and talented Minnesota Timberwolves, in another excellent meeting of the NBA.

Game Summary

Marker very bulky in the first quarter, due to the low defensive intensity of both teams, many shots from the perimeter as is tendency of the Rockets, ends the first half with partial victory for Houston from a single possession.

The Rockets played better defense, and continued with their perimeter offensive volume and control of the attack in the hands of Harden, Timberwolves however also did a good job following closely on the scoreboard to Houston, finishes the first half 58 - 62 Rockets up.

Second Half

Timberwolves were beginning to wake up, and would raise the intensity in their defense and substantially improve their offensive by winning the quarter partial to the Rockets, win the period and is placed up on the scoreboard Timberwolves.

Minnesota kept the pace and developed a great collective game, the Rockets stayed down on the scoreboard but Harden connected some shots from the perimeter to discount but Timberwolves remained firm and raised the intensity in their defense, ends the match 121 - 111 in a great victory for the Timberwolves over the Rockets.

Details and Personal Analysis

Certainly Timberwolves did a great job from the improvement of their defense against the Rockets from the 3rd quarter and from there fed their offensive, Houston tried through his star James Harden to overcome the game but did not show the same defensive level as his rival and I think that was one of the key aspects for Minnesota to take the victory deserved against the Rockets.
