Today I present to you Episode 33 of NBA Highlights, and for today's Episode, we will have a short recap of Game 5 of the playoffs match between the Golden State Warriors VS the Los Angeles Clippers where the Clippers surprisingly defeated the Warriors , 129-121 on Wednesday night!
Who would have thought that the Clippers will win another game to force Game 6? What a night for Lou Williams, Montrezl Harrell and Danilo Gallinari who led the team to spoil Kevin Durant's playoffs career high 45 points. Patrick Beverley was also a huge part of the win. It's hard to believe that the Warriors lose despite getting much production from their three stars. Curry scored 24 points, Klay Thompson added 22 points and KD got 45. But when you watched the game, defense is the reason why the Warriors lose.
How can the Warriors trail 71-63 at half time when they shot 10 for 16 from the three point area? That was a high percentage but man, they let the Clippers shoot the lights out against them as they allow the Clippers to shoot 56 percent from the field and finish the game shooting 54 percent.
The last time the Warriors lost back to back home games in the post season is in the 2016 NBA finals where the Cavs win the Finals in 7 games. Let's see how the Warriors respond through this lost.
