The NBA changes in many different ways over the past decades. Stars started to be traded from team to teams and others just don't want to stay in only one franchise for the rest of their careers. Staying with one team and being loyal has not been seen for a long time in the league. Because in the NBA today, one franchise player isn't enough to win the championship. So stars unite in one team and made a super team to make sure they will have the best chance in making it to the finals and win the championship.

The league becomes more exciting in trade deadline and free agency because stars are changing teams almost every season. Fans tends to be more exciting about the moves every NBA star make and where they will be playing next or who's gonna team up next. Now I'm gonna talk about some elite guards whom I think that will be traded very soon.

D’Angelo Russell

Russel was a former second over all draft pick by the Los Angeles Lakers but Russell seemed to be not the player the Lakers expect him to be. He doesn't lived up with the expectations and failed to impress the whole NBA world. Scouts has been hyped with his performance with Ohio State for only one year and his draft stock immediately rose. I'm not saying that he is a bust or not a good player, but he doesn't seemed to be a franchise player who can make an impact to the game. He's good but not great. He did fine in his first three seasons but was not enough to rely on him and be the number 1 option for a team.

Russell is a point guard with size and he's also a good play maker. He can shoot the three ball and the mid range shot but he lacks energy, quickness and speed, and athleticism. He's in the last year of his rookie contract and I think the Nets will let him go. Or the Nets can trade him before his contract expires and get some good role players in exchange for him.

Goran Dragic

Dragic made his first all-star appearance last season with the Miami Heat. Dragic is a great play maker and can be paired to top tier big men in the league today. The Heat is in the last season with their franchise player for a long time, Dwyane Wade, and Miami should now start rebuilding and start finding their new guy to bring the Heat again to relevance while D-Wade exits. Dragic can be a great trade asset especially to a contender who is lacking a great point guard. Miami can get a future first round pick in exchange for him and some good role players. Dragic is also getting older and maybe he should join a team who can compete for a championship before his career ends.

Kemba Walker

How many awful seasons did Kemba experienced? The Charlotte Hornets are terrible in selecting their draft picks as they always failed to get the right prospect and passing over too many great players and ended up getting busts. They are stuck with too many huge contracts and weren't able to trade those. There is Michael Kidd-Gilchrist who did not lived up to the hype he brings. Frank Kaminsky who is not that good. Also Nicolas Batum whom they owed a very huge long term contract but wasn't able to produce big numbers. There's too many bad contracts that are not worth their real value.

Kemba should now be very disappointed and frustrated as the Hornets couldn't make it to the playoffs and turns out to be worst every year instead of becoming better. I don't know why the hell Kemba still wants to play for Charlotte. Last season, the Hornets tried to shop Kemba and did not even care about Kemba's loyalty. He should've been more dissapointed to the Hornets organization for doing that to him. He's been their franchise player for a long time. Walker is one of the best point guards in the NBA today (maybe in the top 10) and he plays at an all-star level but not getting any help from his team mates. I think it's time for him to move and demand a trade or leave the team next summer when he becomes a free agent.
