What's up basketball fans! I am here again @dwin0603 to give you another exciting basketball discussion for another episode of NBA Talk, and today we will have a short recap of the match between the Golden State Warriors VS Houston Rockets in Game 2 of their best of 7 playoff series for the Semi-finals. Let's start!

Kevin Durant leads the way for the Warriors scoring 29 points to beat the Houston Rockets, 115-109 in a wild Game 2 of the Western Conference Semi-finals on Tuesday night.

Game Recap

It was a sloppy start for the Houston Rockets as they turn the ball over several times and their star James Harden couldn't find his rhythm missing his first shots of the game. On the other side, Andre Iguodala started hot making his first buckets including a three-pointer while also giving Harden a hard time on the defensive end of the floor. In the middle of the first period, while Draymond Green and James Harden were fighting for a loose ball, Green's left hand accidentally hits Harden's eyes which cause it to be stinging giving him a blurry vision. Harden left to the locker room and came back in the second period. Curry, on the other hand, dislocated his finger but came back with it taped.

It was known that Houston complains about their first outing about non-call fouls and continue to argue with the refs here in Game 2. But both teams are complaining now to the refs and they are too composed in talking to the officials.

Golden State created a double-digit lead in the first but Houston's bench and Chris Paul deliver in the second to cut the lead down to single digits. Austin Rivers did a great job off the bench while Harden was still out because of the eye injury. With 7 minutes remaining in the second period, James Harden came back and immediately displays his talent helping the Rockets cut the deficit. Late in the second, the Warriors extended the lead again to double-digits but Harden finished the second with a step back three to cut the lead down to 9 points.

Kevin Durant knocked down two triples to begin the second half while the Rockets continue to miss shots. later on, Houston started to find their rhythm as Eric Gordon finally makes his shots from the three-point line as well as PJ Tucker but Golden State was also scoring on the other end which makes the lead the same. Late in the quarter again, Houston's little run get the lead back to single digits.

Rockets remain hot as they cut the lead down to 4 to start the final quarter. Up to the middle of the quarter, the lead was still close but with 4 and a half minutes left, Golden State rally and take momentum bringing it again to a double-digit game. Then again, Houston used a little run late in the quarter led by Chris Paul but this time, it wasn't enough as they came up short and the Warriors win, 115-109.

My Thoughts

I believe Houston can still turn this series around only if they won both of the next 2 games but if they lose even one of those, this series is over. It's too easy for the Warriors here in game 2. Houston is too busy complaining and thinking about the non-calls but they should just move on and think of other ways. Kevin Durant is the best player now in the league and he can score bunches if he wanted to turn god mode. Let's see how the Rockets respond in the next 2 games at their home court.

Kevin Durant - 29 pts, 5 reb, 4 ast
Steph Curry - 20 pts, 3 reb, 5 ast
