What's up basketball fans! I am here again @dwin0603 to give you another exciting basketball discussion for another episode of NBA Talk, and today we will talk about the Los Angeles Lakers and the report that they are opening up some cap space for a third star. Let's start!

The Los Angeles Lakers are now set to take the league by storm starting from acquiring the all-star forward Anthony Davis. Now, the Lakers are looking to add up another max player but the problem is the limited amount left. They only have 23 million dollars left after the AD trade. And it's not enough to land another top tier free agent. However, there are still ways to open up some cap space and make it more than what is left.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Lakers are trying to work out on additional deals to make more room for another star come free agency.

If the Lakers succeeded with those moves, they will have 32 million in cap space that is good enough to land a third star. But what do you think is the best for the Lakers? Spend all the cap space remaining for another star? Or be smart and surround LeBron and AD with wings and shooters? I believe it's better to sign key role players instead of only one superstar.

There are lots of good names available in the free agent market. All they needed are there. Names like JJ Redick, Darren Collison, Patrick Beverley and more are available. With that amount of money. The Lakers can build a very decent team that can compete for the championship. They really are capable of surrounding James and AD the right pieces.

That is all for today folks! I would love to hear your thoughts about this article, so drop your comments now and let's have some basketball talk! :)
