What's up basketball fans! I am here again @dwin0603 to give you another exciting basketball discussion for another episode of NBA Talk! And today we will talk about Kyrie Irving and what he has to say to LeBron after he called him to apologize. Let's do this!

No bad blood between these two superstars as Kyrie Irving reach out to LeBron to apologize for his behavior while on the Cleveland Cavaliers with LeBron James. After addressing his frustrations to his young Celtics team mates and saying that they doesn't know what it takes to be a championship caliber team, Kyrie realized that it's not that easy to lead a team to reach the finals. He reminisce the time when he was in Cleveland being one of the young guys that LeBron taught how hard it is and what it takes to get all the way to the finals. He learned that it's tough to lead a team, it's hard to take all the blame and criticism and it's tough to put all the pressure on himself.

Irving was pissed because of Boston's up and down season and rough start. We all thought that the Celtics will dominate the Eastern Conference easily with Irving and Hayward being healthy but it's a huge mistake. It's not that easy and the path to the Finals for them becomes even harder this season. We all know that Kyrie is one of the most experienced players in Boston's roster, having played in many playoff games and winning a championship with LeBron James. He wanted the young guys to learn what it take to win a championship or even go to the finals.

The Celtics struggled to win consistently as they loss to some weak teams and Irving doesn't like it. After their loss to the Orlando Magic on Saturday, Kyrie called LeBron James to apologize. Here is what he said to James:

That tough loss to the Orlando Magic makes Irving realized that he needs some advice from LeBron to lead the Celtics in the right direction, so he had to call him that night. What's more interesting in this story is when Kyrie called LeBron, Kevin Love is dinning together with LeBron in a restaurant in L.A. following a game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Los Angeles Lakers. Love revealed that he saw the whole thing. He said LeBron looked down on his phone and showed them that Kyrie is calling. LeBron then answered Kyrie's call but in private. But the outcome is fine. LeBron appreciated that Kyrie reached out to him and as I said, there's no bad blood between the two.

Looks like Kyrie took a page on LeBron's book on calling out to his team mates when the situation is getting worst because after Kyrie showed his frustration to the young guys, those players immediately responded and stepped up and help Irving in their big win against the Toronto Raptors. Jayson Tatum accepted Irving's disappointment and said that sometimes the best way to make the most out of one another is to be brutally honest. And after the game against Toronto, I think Kyrie, and the young Celtics players have the same mindset now, it's "winning a championship or nothing!".

That win is big for the Celtics and a nice start to get them back in track. It's also a good thing for them emotionally as they can now have one same goal. Irving will surely show them what it takes to compete for a championship and I guess the young players will respond and will be a better player from now on.

One more thing I can conclude here is, Kyrie has a lot of respect for LeBron and he admitted that he don't understand it yet back then when he was in Cleveland and today, now that he is experiencing what LeBron did for them in Cleveland, he clearly understands how hard it is to show the young players what it takes to win a championship and that he truly appreciate what LeBron did for Cleveland.

That is all for today folks! What can you say? Let me hear your thoughts about this article, so drop your comments now and let's have some basketball talk! :)
