What's up basketball fans! I am here again @dwin0603 to give you another exciting basketball discussion for another episode of NBA Talk, and today, we will talk about Kyrie Irving and his decision next summer when he becomes a free agent. Let's do this!

After Kyrie Irving let his emotions out and addresses his frustrations about Boston's up and down season, calling out to his team mates and reaching out to LeBron to apologize for his mistakes in the past, the Celtics looks better now and Kyrie is now ready to take over and lead the team for a deep playoffs run.

Kyrie demanding a trade from the Cleveland Cavaliers was one of the most dramatic split by a team and a player in NBA history. It will surely end up as one of the biggest what ifs. What if Kyrie did not leave? Will LeBron James stay with the Cavs for another championship run? Will the result of the 2018 NBA Finals change? That's a lot of what ifs but let's just leave it there for now. Let's talk about Kyrie's decision next summer.

Kyrie pointed out that the Celtics' young core and lack of experience is one of the main reasons why the team had a rough start instead of dominating the Eastern Conference. He said that his young team mates doesn't know what it's like to compete for a championship and they should all have a different mindset. They should not complain how hard it is to try and win every single night. Of course it's hard, they're already complaining that it,s hard, how about the playoffs? It will be harder for sure. They know it. They should have the same mindset and try to be better every night. Kyrie even realized his mistakes in the past and apologized to LeBron for being that young kid who doesn't know how hard it is to lead a team.

I have here an interesting scenario which can possibly happen. What if Kyrie Irving join LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers next season? What if he signed with the Lakers? Do you like that idea? I know it's hard to imagine LeBron and Kyrie teaming up again but it's still possible and I think it's a great idea for both parties. Both Kyrie and the Lakers will benefit with the trade.

Look at this. If Kyrie still wants that leadership role, he will stay with the Boston Celtics or maybe go to New York. There, he can lead either team and be the leader that he wanted to be. But the road in winning a championship there is too rough. The chances in winning in Boston and New York is lower. And do you think he still wanted to be a leader now that he realized how hard it is? In my own opinion, I think he still wanted to make a name for himself and prove that he can lead a team to win a championship but not all athletes have god given talent and the correct mindset and focus to handle all the pressure and challenge that will be thrown at him in his journey to win championships. I think LeBron have that. Kobe and MJ also ave that. But Kyrie? I don't think so at this moment. But he's a great player, he has the best handle's of all time. He's a deadly scorer and a real clutch. But at this moment he still hasn't have that thing that will make him lead a team and win championships. He's young, there's a lot of time. He can be that guy in the future I believe.

If Kyrie leave his goal in leading a team and lead a team, the Lakers will be a great option for him if he just wanted to enjoy playing basketball and win championships. He can win titles there for sure as long as LeBron still have some good playing years. I know it's kind of awkward but it just makes a lot of sense. LeBron and Kyrie duo again? that would be awesome man! Plus the Lakers can trade good young players like Lonzo Ball for another star. They lack talent at the front court and I think Zo will be a good trade piece and the Lakers can build a new super team that can match the Golden State Warriors.

That is all for today folks! What do you think about this one? Where should Kyrie go? Stay with the Celtics? Go to New York and lead his own new team? or join LeBron in L.A. and win championships? I would love to hear your opinions so drop your comments now and let's have some basketball talk! :)

Here are some Kyrie and LeBron highlights to get you more excited about this one. :)
