What's up basketball fans! I am here again @dwin0603 to give you another exciting basketball discussion for another episode of NBA Talk, and today we will have a short recap of the match between the Houston Rockets VS Utah Jazz in Game 3 of their best of 7 playoff series. Let's do this!

The Houston Rockets still won Game 3 against the Utah Jazz, 104-101 on Saturday night after James Harden's shooting slump. The Rockets are now leading the series 3-0 and looking to finish their first-round assignment in Game 4 on Monday.

Game Recap

It was an unusual night for James Harden as he struggles offensively missing too many shots and couldn't make one because of the tough defense shown by the Utah Jazz against him. Utah started with an 8-0 and seemed to be a very physical game. The Jazz is on fire and lets the crowd get into the Game and take an early momentum. Due to Harden's shooting slump, Chris Paul took over and did the scoring and also dished some assist to his teammates. The Game was close from start to the end as the Utah Jazz young star Donovan Mitchell also struggled shooting the ball after a great start. He finished shooting 9 for 27 from the field and 4 for 12 from the three-point line.

Harden does his things, trying to draw some fouls and doing his signature step-back threes but nothing is falling for him and he couldn't get that calls that he wanted most of the time. Harden missed his first 15 shots which is the most in NBA history in a playoffs game. Then, in the fourth quarter with 42 seconds left in the Game, Harden made a much needed three plus two free throws to give Houston a 4-point edge, 101-97. James Harden again missed a three in the next possession but PJ Tucker who played a big role grabbed the offensive rebound and sinks 1 out of 2 free throws. Mitchell had a chance and shoot a wide-open three the following possession but it's no good like many other of his shots.

James Harden ended up with a field goal of 3 for 20 and 2 for 13 from beyond the arc. I think this series is finally over and the Houston Rockets will finish this series next game. This game has shown that the Rockets is the better team overall. Even with a struggling James Harden, they managed to still win this important game.
