Winning a championship means everything in this league. For every player, keeping their legacy alive and being part of the history of the game forever is one of the most important thing for them. And becoming a champion before they retire can help them keep their legacy forever. But losing year after year hurts players and make them think that it's time to move. Even though they were very loyal to their franchise, losing consistently may run out their patience and make them decide to leave. Nobody wants to lose of coarse, especially for superstars that are in their primes. Now let's take a look now at the NBA superstars that may want out of their team if they didn't able to win a championship this season.

Anthony Davis

Anthony Davis was the face of the franchise of the New Orleans pelicans ever since he was drafted no. 1 overall. But until now, Davis still couldn't find success in his career loosing in the playoffs for several times. Davis is a top five player early in his career. He is only 25 years old but has been a major force in the league. He is now the best powerforward in the NBA and will surely improve until he reach his prime. The Pelicans is a mediocre team and the franchise cannot support Davis with the right pieces to win it all in the playoffs. The Pelicans also failed to retain DeMarcus Cousins and Rajon Rondo. Playoffs Rondo is one of the main reason why the Pelicans sweep the Portland Trail Blazers and loosing him will hurt them in the guard position. They acquired Julius Randle but it's still not enough to compete against the Houston Rockets and the Golden State Warriors. Davis must now leave and choose a team where he can most use his talents. A winning team who is set for an NBA championships. The Celtics are targeting him and it's a great team that will fit him.

John Wall

John Wall is one of the best point guards in the NBA and he is now in his prime. But Wall and the Washington Wizards always falls short in the playoffs. The East is now weaker without LeBron and maybe the Wizards has now a great chance but I don't think that they can beat the Celtics, Sixers and Raptors in seven games in the playoffs. They may escape the first round but that would be the farthest they can reach. Wall also doesn't have a good relationship with some of his teammates and the team also seemed better for some time when Wall was forced to sit due to an injury. Wall freshly signs an extension with Washington and still has 4 years with them but Wall's competitive attitude might make him want out of Washington to join a legit contender and aim for a championship. If the Wizards loss again in the Eastern Conference playoffs, Wall might request a trade and leave Washington.

Damian Lillard

Ever since the start of free-agency, Damian Lillard are involve in trade talks and tied in a move out of Portland. He and McCollum has been one of the league's best backcourts but they always failed in the playoffs. With the West becoming stronger with the arrival of LeBron, the Portland Trail Blazer's chance of winning continues to fall. Just like John Wall, Lillard might force his way out if the Blazers still couldn't find success this coming offseason. Lillard said that he wants to play his whole career in Portland but he doesn't want losing every year. The Lakers are rumored to be interested in Lillard and it could be a great landing spot for him. Lillard has been underrated his whole career but if he plays alongside LeBron James in L.A., LeBron might show what Lillard means to a team and get the best out of him. Their tandem could be a major force in the West and with the right pieces and role players, the Lakers will have a great chance with Lillard in the roster to win an NBA championship.
