Every player in the NBA wants to win. That’s their primary goal for sure but many players tend to be not in the right direction and stocked in a mediocre team despite their great talents. There are young players who is in their prime already but still getting his time wasted in a weak team that could not compete even for a playoff spot. It’s very sad to see those kinds of players having a nice season but ended up being frustrated because of the lack of support from their respective franchises. And in my opinion, those players should be traded now and here is my list.

Kevin Love

Love is a rare talent in the NBA. He’s a stretch big who can also dominate the post and collect tremendous amount of rebounds every night. He can give you a 20-20 a night who ever is matching up against him. Love is still in his prime and I think he made a very bad decision lately signing a long-term contract extension with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Cavs are obviously the weakest team in the NBA now and they are now starting to tank to get a high draft prospect for their future. Love’s talent would be wasted with his years with the Cavs. He could help contending teams right now and be a second guy supporting a superstar. The Cavs just sucks right now and in many people’s eye, even a college team like the Duke Blue Devils led by RJ Barrett and Zion Williamson can beat the hell out of them. The Cavs should trade him now and give him the chance to compete again for a championship while they are tanking. They can also benefit in trading Love because of his high value.

Marc Gasol

The Memphis are getting too old now and people are not talking a lot about them now. They are once a strong team in the Western Conference who consistently makes the playoffs but now, they are just too old and needs to regroup. Marc Gasol and Mike Conley are the 2 best players in the team right now but they’re getting old. They cannot bring Memphis to the playoffs again just like they did back in their prime.

Marc Gasol is still a solid player. He’s one of the best bigs in his prime and I can tell that he can still produce good numbers at both ends of the floor. The Grizzlies should be finding some deals for him before its too late. His value is decreasing every year and they must now find a good deal for him before his value was totally gone. There are a lot of teams that are struggling with their roster at the 5 spot and they would surely love Gasol as their starting center.

Kemba Walker

Kemba Walker just entered his prime becoming an all-star last season. Kemba is at a superstar level right now better than other elite point guards. He is playing at a high level that for me he can be in the MVP conversation if not for his team. He picked-up where he left off last season and becoming better every night. He averages 28.3 points, 6.2 assists and 4.4 rebounds a game this season with a Player Efficiency Rating of 26.13. The man is balling out there and it’s very sad seeing him in such a mediocre team who cannot give him the support he needed.

Kemba is a very loyal player for the Charlotte franchise but I think he can change his mind after the Hornets disrespects him putting him in the trading block last season. I believe he will leave the Hornets after his contract expires and he will find a team who can take him to the playoffs and compete in the big stage for real.

I did not include Butler here because he’s in the news everyday and we know that he will be traded very soon. That’s all and thank you. Let me hear your thoughts guys. Have a nice day!
