Yesterday seven games were held in the NBA. Utah Jazz (29-10) did not want to give up its first place in the Western Conference, and beat the Boston Celtics (20-19) 109-117. Those led by Quin Snyder had an effectiveness of 47.5% in field goals (38/80), 44.2% in triples (19/43) and 91.7% in free throws (22/24). Despite dominating rebounds (45 for 38) and their 49.0% shooting efficiency from the field (48/98), the Celtics could not stay with the victory at home. The top scorer for the Jazz was Donovan Mitchell (21 points, 5 assists, 2 rebounds), supported by Rudy Gobert (16 points, 1 assist, 12 rebounds) and Jordan Clarkson (20 points, 3 assists, 3 rebounds). For Boston's team, Jason Tatum (29 points, 3 assists, 6 rebounds) and Jaylen Brown (28 points, 7 assists, 5 rebounds) stood out.

On the other hand, the 76ers (28-12) also did not give in to the New York Knics (20-21), and established themselves at the top of the Eastern Conference. Those of Philadelphia had a 41.1% in field goals (37/90), 34.4% in triples (11/32) and a good 73.7% in free throws (14/19), in addition to dominating the rebounds (50 for 47) . Tobias Harris (30 points, 2 assists, 6 rebounds) and Seth Curry (20 points, 2 assists, 3 rebounds) stood up for the winners, while Julius Randle (19 points, 8 assists, 15 rebounds) and Alec Burks ( 19 points, 2 assists, 4 rebounds) stood out for the losers.

Another of yesterday's games was the one starring the LA Lakers (27-13) and the Minnesota Timberwolves (9-31). The Lakers beat their rivals 137-121, dominating the key sectors of the game: 57.5% in shots from the field (50/87), 50.0% in triples (13/26), 85.7% in free throws (24/27) and a total of 43 rebounds, 10 of them offensive. Thus the Los Angeles team retains its third position in the Western Conference. LeBron James, as usual, stole the cameras, this time with a triple-double (25 points, 12 assists, 12 rebounds). Montrezl Harrell (25 points, 6 assists, 4 rebounds) was another of those who shone for the Los Angeles team. The Timberwolves team, which has a 2-win-8-loss streak, was led by Karl-Anthony Towns (29 points, 7 assists, 6 rebounds) and Anthony Edwards (29 points, 1 assist, 4 rebounds).
