I love NBA History very much, that's why i always try to write articles or creating videos about it.. I try to keep the history fresh and remind all of you as much as i can.. Today i wanted to remind you about the most successful team, Boston Celtics and their coaches..

74 NBA Seasons, 17 Coaches, 17 Championships!

The Boston Celtics.. The best team in NBA because they have won the championships 17 times! If you are NBA fan and if you are older than 50-60 years old you would know that.. They have won their last championships in 2008 and the first one was in 1957.

They have won 11 championships in 13 years, between 1956-1969.. The NBA Legend Bill Russell played some basketball(!) in those 13 years and that's why he earned 9 rings and he is the most successful player ever played! Bill Russell after his retirement became Celtics coach in 1966 and won 2 more championship with them in 3 season! (In 1967, Wilt Chamberlain has stolen one ring from Bill Russell with averaging 24 points and 24 rebounds per game with his team San Francisco Warriors..)

Also we should remember Red Auerbach, who coached Boston Celtics 16 seasons.. He has managed to be a NBA champion 9 times! After he retired coaching he became Celtics president.. He is one of the important name in NBA history for sure!
