James Harden is still butt-hurt after losing the MVP race last season to the "Greek Freak" Giannis Antetokounmpo. In my own opinion it was really close because the narrative also helps Harden's MVP conversation.

But when you look at other players stats it is also outrageous we didn't put into the discussion that we are living in the day and age right now just like when Wilt average 50 points and Oscar average triple double in a season.

So Harden might look great but if you compare it to Kobe averaging over 35 points a game, I would say Kobe was more impressive because he is the lone player that is doing that.

Personally I think Harden gets the credits he deserve because for almost the last for seasons it was always Harden and the other when it comes to MVP conversation, and although playoffs doesn't count into consideration Harden still a not great playoff performer he is more like always 60% of his season mode.

To sum it up I disagree with Harden's statement and more likely that Giannis really deserve the MVP award. Harden shouldn't take shots at the media he should thank them at the very least.
