The Portland Trail Blazers has been consistent in the playoff contention for the past couple of seasons but this season it looks like they are missing the absence of some of their wings and front court players which might led to its management to try and shake its roster and surround Lillard and McCollum the necessary pieces to compete for this heavy western conference.

With how the Lakers and Clippers are the favorites to compete for the chip this year and not to mention both their best players are dominant two-way front court duos so the Blazers needed someone to counter those monsters at the very least hold them back because it is really impossible to stop the offensive jaugernauts of AD and Lebron in Lakers and Kawhi and PG in Clippers. Gallo might be the best target as of now for the Blazers to help them this season.

Gallinari might be the easiest player to trade as he only is one of your remaining on its deal if you bring a lot of value to teams on the edge of competing for the title this past season he got 20 points in six rebounds a game shooting 46% from the field and 43% from three there are a lot of teams in the mix for Gallinari but I think the clear front-runner would be the Portland Trailblazers as they already have some top talent and Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum.

With a loss of Harkless and Aminu this offseason laning someone like Gallinari could really shake up the Western Conference ranking I think a deal of Bazemore's expiring contract plus a first-round pick would make a lot of sense. Gallo can play either forward position and can create instant offense even off the ball so he doesn’t really needed the ball that much which compliments CJ and Damian’s game. It is very interesting to create this trio while Nurkic is still at the sideline.
