Los Angeles Clippers have won after extra time with Phoenix Suns 123:119. It was the fourth match this season of Los Angeles basketball players ending in extra time - so far all of them have ended in their victory.

The best scorer in the hosts' team was Tobias Harris, who scored 33 points. In extra minutes of the game, however, the most important actions were conducted by Patrick Beverley and Avery Bradley - both players scored important free throws in the last seconds of the match.

The players of coach Doc Rivers twice had the advantage of four "extra" points in extra time, but the Phoenix Suns in both cases led to a draw. Only after the points in the last minute the hosts were no longer able to make effective shots.

Out of all quarters Clippers only won one (21:29, 37:27, 30:30, 23:25) and a five-minute extra time 12:8. In the second half of the meeting, their top scorer was Danilo Gallinari, who after the two weak quaters threw 16 points in the next two.

The second game in a row from the substitute bench, without going to the court, was watched by Marcin Gortat. Polish centre did not find recognition in the eyes of the coach, who preferred to bet on Boban Marjanović in the top five and Montrez Harrell in the reserve role.

Suns can not overcome their weakness in relation to the less-titled basketball club from the City of Angels - the Arizona team have not won with the Los Angeles Clippers since April 2016, in the meantime losing all ten direct matches.
