The NBA announcing memo that they will do some testing to team players and staff as an initiative on fighting the said virus. This is also one way of helping the public to control and identify to which has the virus and to those who have not. But there's a limitation to what they have agreed upon since only those who are having some symptoms of the virus will be on priority and those who are asymptomatic or don't have any conditions will not be included.
I guess their initiative on testing is good but they should also consider testing all players and staff in order to identify who are positive and negative of the virus. So those who are asymptomatic will put into quarantine as it may infect those players who have none. If there would be no control then possibly, the rise of the number of coronavirus cases will surely rise.
