. . . and the Oscar goes to Keegan Brewer of North Texas.  

In one of the craziest fake-outs ever seen in the history of college football, punt returner  Keegan Brewer acted like he signaled for a fair catch.  Only he didn't and it led to a 90 yard touchdown run.  That brought the score of North Texas up to 14 to nothin' against the Arkansas Razorbacks.  

North Texas went on to beat the Razorbacks 44 to 17 improving their record to 3 - 0.
