The NFL has some questions to answer as it is becoming more and more clear that they are targeting Clay Matthews. Honestly the rule changes make little sense and is really becoming a nuisance. If I am a QB in a 3rd and 11 situation with no pass options, I’m going to take the sack and hope for a flag.
