Welcome back to my city of Los Angeles you 'Traitors'.. I mean, 'Raiders!'

The boys in black and silver will be returning to their old city, and they'll be playing in the holy grail of stadiums. The Coliseum once housed the greatest LA teams in existence, and now it gets one hell of a football game this weekend!

Oddly enough I've disliked both of these teams in my short tenure as an NFL fan since they both left my city in shambles at some point in history.

It seems as though the Rams have had a major overhaul since moving the team back to Los Angeles; new coaching staff and a pretty good run in the 2017 season has given LA fans something to look forward to.

It is a shame the Falcons were able to stop the Rams last year (in the Wild Card round) because at a championship level, I feel like the Rams could've stepped up and made some real noise!

The Rams are 0-1 this season after getting demolished a couple weekends back by the Ravens whereas the Raiders are 1-0 after a tight win against the Detroit Lions.

John Gruden and his team of solid defenders aren't going to give much leeway to the Rams today in terms of offense, and there's been talk around fantasy circuits that the 22 year old defensive end Arden Key will indeed play today. With Marshawn Lynch in the lineup as well, the Raiders actually have quite the promising squad for this 2018-19 season.

Raiders seem to have a well rounded team and coaching staff, much moreso than the Rams at this current point in the season. Martavis Bryant has been a shining star for the Raiders, and if he can keep getting open downfield he may be the downfall of many good teams this season.

Keep an eye out for Todd Gurley as always, he is one of the youngest guys to hit over 4,000 yards from scrimmage before hitting the age of 24. Only like the likes of legends in Barry Sanders and a few others have done so.

This should be an all out war in the Coliseum, and tickets are cheap so I just might go! I'm leaning towards the Raiders in this bout, but the score's over really peaks my betting interest.

Let me know what you think of this Battle for LA; who ya got?
