America's legendary soccer player, who is serving a jail term for kidnapping and robbery, J. Simpson has got a payroll and can be released in October.

The four-member payroll board in Nevada voted unanimously on Thursday to release Simpson, who had played in the US's top football league tournament 'National Football League' (NFL). It is worth mentioning that a group of five people looted 10 years ago in a casino in Las Vegas. Simpson has been serving in Las Vegas, Nevada prison since 2008.

According to the news agency Xinhua, 70 year-old Simpson from the Lavalok Correctional Center was involved in the payroll hearing and became emotional after receiving information about his release.

Simpson has many NFL records and he is considered one of the best players in the history of the league. During his career, Simpson represented Bafflo Bulls between 1969 and 1977.
