5 months I lay dormant. I had returned to the surface life from whence I came. I was enjoying the good things in life, masturbation, Chinese buffets and coin operated laundry. But then I stumbled upon a terrible sports article and it got me thinking, what are those cockgoblins over at Scorum up to? I half expected this platform to be shutdown, discontinued from a non-existent user base, crippled and exposed as a sports theme ponzi scheme.

That was not the case

Instead I came back to find a updated User Interface, sustainable sponsorship and user reward system, and most importantly, better posts. You could say I was pleasantly surprised

Soooo maybe I was a little quick to judge this platform. Maybe I'm just part of the cynical trove of internet trolls trying to suck the life away from everything to empower my shitty existence. I guess I with bless you butt pirates with a few more posts at least. Until they taken down by what ever censorship tight ass that runs this thing, or I get tired of spewing wisdom worth like Ol Faithful.

Enough with the chit chat and ass grabbing, let me leave with a hot sports take.

Many of you Quasi Sexuals may have noticed Aaron Rodgers get shlacked by Kirk Cousins mild mannered penis on Sunday Night. Many have been quick to point to everyone except Aaron Rodgers for the Packers play this year. The sad truth is, it has been him.

Let's look at a couple things.

  • He holds the ball longer then anyone else in the NFL.

This in and of itself isn't bad. Many like to point out Aaron makes plays with his feet. That was true. He has started to age now and with his knee injury his mobility is only slightly above average. He holds onto the ball like he still can move like he use to and it's costing him. He also holds onto the ball looking for the hero shot, yet he has rookie receivers who don't know how to exploit breakdowns in coverage typically seen in longer plays. Rodgers should know this

  • He ain't workin like he's hungry

Rodgers has practiced less this year then any year where he hasn't been injured. (reported by local GB paper). Some of this has to do with the injury, but even extremely talented athletes must practice hard to stay ahead and keep their edge. Take Kobe Bryant & Lebron James

  • Family troubles

His family issues have really spilled into the public eye. Those, along with pressure from this enormous contract must be weigh on him and pressure him. He must get back to the basics.

Even though a lot of this season can be put at the feet of Aaron Rodgers, there is more blame to go around. I believe they need a fresh start by firing Mike McCarthy and bringing in a offensive minded coach who can light a fire under Aaron Rodgers.
