Any NFL fan expecting to get their money's worth were completely disappointed by the game last night.  For starters, there was no sign of starting quarterback Jared Goff ever taking the field.  Secondly, if the fans were excited to see their coveted running back Todd Gurley take the field - they as well were left completely disappointed.  You can't really blame the coach however, after all this is the preseason.  Any injury to their star players would be all for not (or pointless).

The Raiders even took it two steps further.  They rested pretty much ALL of their starters.  Starting quarterback Derek Carr was a no show.  "Beast Mode" or Marshawn Lynch was also inactive.  Not too mention their two starting wide receivers . . . Jordy Nelson (traded from the Packers this year) and speedster Amari Cooper.

If the paying fans can take anything away from this game that is positive, it's that they paid only half the price of a regular season ticket.
