The first week of training camp for the 2018 NFL season has come and gone, and so far at least one player on each team has stood out based on their stellar performance.

For some players it's expected, given they've been a star on their team for several years. For others, it's a chance to claim a starting spot or simply still be standing after the cut down to a 53-man roster. And for some teams, their standout player is either a big name returning from injury or a potential future star making their training camp debut.

No matter the situation, each of the players on this list will look to continue to dominate in practice as the season inches closer to its first round of preseason games. The NFL preseason begins with the annual Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio, on Thursday night between the Baltimore Ravens and the Chicago Bears. The rest of the teams will compete in their respective preseason openers on Aug. 9-11.Teams must cut their roster down to 53 players on Sept. 1, just five days before the season opener on Sept. 6 between the Philadelphia Eagles and Atlanta Falcons.
