Source: HEROsports.com / The NFL "virtual" draft is finally here, and tonight we will find out who goes where atop draft - but before the Bengals are officially on the clock, I've got you covered with my final Top 10 Mock Draft.

Welcome back all and a very Happy Thursday! I'm pumped up today - why do you ask? Well, the NFL Draft is finally upon us! At long last, all of us sports fanatics now have something to dissect, discuss, and debate! One thing that is certain about the 2020 edition is that it is going to be much different from what we have seen, of course, with the draft getting done virtually. So, how will tonight's first round shake out?

I've got you covered, with my 2020 NFL Top 10 Mock Draft - 4.0 - Final Edition. I've had some fun with the previous editions, especially version 3.0 where we had a blockbuster deal at the very top. I've reverted on that particular trade, but still have a surprise move by a team looking to move into the top 3 & snag their franchise QB of the future - and it might not be the team your thinking of - without further ado, let's jump into my Top 10 Mock Draft - Version 4.0:

TOP 10 MOCK DRAFT 4.0 - FINAL EDITION

Source: lsusports.net / Burrow is the obvious top pick, but is there any scenario out there where they don't take the Ohio native with the first overall pick?

1 CINCINNATI BENGALS

JOE BURROW | QB | LSU

As much fun as it was to have the Dolphins trading into this spot in version 3.0, I've reverted back to the more conventional & most likely pick here with the Bengals staying-put & selecting Ohio native & Heisman Trophy winner Burrow at #1. It makes the most sense, and even though a trade would certainly be intriguing, I'd be surprised if Cincy does anything but take Burrow top overall.

2 WASHINGTON REDSKINS

CHASE YOUNG | DE | OHIO STATE

No surprises here as Washington does the smart thing and selects the top defensive player in the draft. New HC Ron Rivera is a defensive guy, and Young is the most elite defender, and by all accounts is a top 3 or 4 player regardless of position. Many NFL GMs believe he will be a future pro-bowler, as the Redskins take a guy they can build their defense around.

Source: latimes.com / For months, I've been firmly in the Tua to the Dolphins camp, but I've got one final trick up my sleeve, as the Chargers move up & get the new face of their franchise before moving into to their new shiny Stadium in Inglewood...

3 LA CHARGERS ( via TRADE W/ DETROIT LIONS) 🔼

TUA TAGOVAILOA | QB | ALABAMA

I've heard some interesting rumblings of late in regards to both the Dolphins & Chargers possibly moving up to the 3-slot. Detroit is looking to trade back out of this spot, and I believe they will. CB Jeff Okudah & OL Andrew Thomas - two players that have been tied heavily to the Lions, should both be available at 6, so the swap makes sense for Detroit. The Chargers need to make a splash before they move into their new joint Stadium with the Rams, and taking Tua provides them that opportunity. They ship an extra pick to Detroit and slide up to nab their QB of the future.

4 NY GIANTS

JEDRICK WILLS JR. | OL | ALABAMA

No changes or surprises here. The jury is still out on just which O-lineman the Giants will target with the fourth pick. I like Wills's size and physicality, and he seems to be a perfect fit for a Giants team with a young QB, and young stud HB that need to get better at protecting both up front. Of course, Clemson do-it-all LB Isaiah Simmons will be tempting, but by all accounts O-line makes the most sense for the Giants in this spot. It could be Becton from Louisville or Wirfs from Iowa, but new HC Joe Judge seemingly likes Wills as well, so the fit makes a lot of sense.

5 MIAMI DOLPHINS

ANDREW THOMAS | OL | GEORGIA

The first two editions of Mock Drafts had Tua going here to the Dolphins, but Miami has done an excellent job of keeping quiet with their plans. The closer we get to the draft, the less certain I am that Tua will end up in South Beach. According to other numerous reports out there, if the Dolphins don't go QB with their first pick, they most certainly go O-line, where they have glaring needs to address. Thomas makes sense. I had him going at #3 in each of the previous three Mock Drafts, but with Detroit trading back, makes him available for the Phins to nab at #5. It won't be the splashiest of moves, but it addresses a massive need along the offensive front.

Source: elevenwarriors.com / The Lions have been linked to OSU CB Okudah in several Mock Drafts for weeks now - the pairing makes sense, and I believe the Lions trade back a couple of spots & still get their guy.

6 DETROIT LIONS ( via TRADE W/ LA CHARGERS) 🔽

JEFF OKUDAH | CB | OHIO STATE

The Lions are able to trade down a couple of spots and still get one of the best defensive players available. Okudah checks out as a play-making, shut-down corner, who will fill a glaring need in the secondary, and help replace departed talent in pro-bowler Darius Slay. Routinely rated as the top CB of the class, many rate Okudah as a top 5 talent no matter the position. The Lions pick up an extra pick and address a major hole on the defensive side of the ball.

7 CAROLINA PANTHERS

DERRICK BROWN | DL | AUBURN

The Panthers get their choice of Brown & talented do-it-all Clemson LB Isaiah Simmons. Many mock drafts have the Panthers taking Simmons here, but with Brown still on the board, they opt to take the best defensive interior lineman available. Brown is very talented & athletic for his size and has even been referred to as the "best interior DL since Aaron Donald" - a pretty lofty quote. The Panthers get a major building block for a rebuilding defense.

8 ARIZONA CARDINALS

TRISTAN WIRFS | OL | IOWA

Wirfs makes a ton sense for the Cardinals here. No changes with Arizona at 8, as they elect to get some protection for their young, dynamic QB, and also address a major need with a possible day 1 starter in multi-faceted O-lineman Wirfs out of Iowa. The Cardinals have invested heavily in their offense over the past two years, now they help protect that investment.

9 JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS

JERRY JEUDY | WR | ALABAMA

Even with LB Simmons still on the board, the Jaguars take advantage of landing the best WR available out of a very talented pool, and nab Alabama's superbly talented Jeudy. While he doesn't have huge size, his route-running ability sets him apart from the rest of the receivers available. The Jaguars add another weapon to help Gardner Minshew and co. as they try to claw their way back to relevancy in the AFC South.

Source: thereporter.com / Clemson's do-it-all LB Isaiah Simmons falls to the Browns at 10, and after years of questionable first round choices, they make the right decision, and take the most talented player left on the board regardless of position.

10 CLEVELAND BROWNS

ISAIAH SIMMONS | LB | CLEMSON

Dynamic Clemson LB Simmons falls to the Browns at 10, and despite needing to address concerns along the offensive line, they pull the trigger and actually make the right choice. Simmons is lengthy, is excellent in pass coverage, and uber-athletic, meaning he can be used in a variety ways to cause problems for opposing offenses. With the top 3 O-lineman off the board, but a top-5 talent still available in Simmons, the Browns make the wise move here and don't let the talented do-it-all LB get out of the top 10.
