On Sunday, December 10th, 1939, the Green Bay Packers defeated the New York Giants 27-0 in the 1939 NFL Championship Game to win the 20th championship in NFL history. It was the fifth championship for the Packers franchise. The game was held at Wisconsin State Fair Park in West Allis, Wisconsin.
