On Sunday, February 6th, 2011, the Green Bay Packers defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 31-25 in Super Bowl XLV to win the 91st championship in NFL history. It was the 13th (and, as of this writing, most recent) championship for the Packers franchise as Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers won the Super Bowl MVP Award. The game was held at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady won the 2010 MVP Award with 36 passing touchdowns and 3,900 passing yards, while Steelers safety Troy Polamalu won the 2010 Defensive Player of the Year Award with seven interceptions, one forced fumble and one sack.
