On Sunday, February 4th, 2018, the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the New England Patriots 41-33 in Super Bowl LII to win the 98th championship in NFL history. It was the fourth (and, as of this writing, most recent) championship for the Eagles franchise as Eagles quarterback Nick Foles won the Super Bowl MVP Award. The game was held at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady won his third MVP Award with 32 passing touchdowns and 4,577 passing yards, while Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald won the 2017 Defensive Player of the Year Award with five forced fumbles and 11 sacks.
