TIPS is going live with Instant Payment Settlement on Nov. 30th. This is 10 days after SWIFT's SR2018 becomes a mandatory upgrade or banks will be unable to use SWIFT. It looks like SR2018 is Required for TIPS (which has plugged Ripplenet into it's S/W) to go live 10 days later, which is going to flood Ripplenet/XRP with volume.
