I signed up today only a few hours ago. My name is Oender Tuerk. Maybe some of you will already know me through the platform Steemit? I could also see some people from Steemit here. Hi guys and gurls.

Thanks to @sportsgeek for reminding me of Scorum. I had found the platform 2 months ago through google but have completely forgotten it. It is because I'm on travel since 5 weeks...

Who am I?
I am 36 years old. I live in Germany, in the beautiful city at the rhine, Dusseldorf. I am originally from the Republic of Turkey. I love art, old school retro video games, music, movies and series. Yeeah, you can say that i am a geek, but are not we all a bit?

And yes, I love football (soccer)! I am an enthusiastic fan of the turkish football club Galatasaray Istanbul SK! Since i know myself, since my childhood exists this love!

I've been in the Stadium in Istanbul a few times.

The atmosphere, the fans, the mood. just unbelievable!

The stadium is not without reason called The hell of Bosphorus!



But besides Galatasaray, I also follow the Dusseldorf football club Fortuna Düsseldorf (F95). The Fortuna is like Galatasaray a traditional club with body and soul! Some will not know the club but that doesnt matter. The club has climbed to the 1st Bundesliga last season. I have been there several times already in the stadium. One of the best atmospheres in german football, in my opinion! (smile).

I love poker too. My buddies from the Steem Poker League are also here. I saw that @tuck-fheman & @bethalea are trying to bring the Scorium Poker League to life. Really nice! I could also see the Bros from Bro Sports! I would wonder if they were not here!

I host a tournament on Thursdays at the Steem Poker League on a weekly basis. I will try to do this with the Scorum Poker League as well. But I have to read a bit first and see how it works here, I'm still on vacation so i have enough time for that.

But when I'm back in Düsseldorf in 2 weeks, I'll try to tell you about Galatasaray and Fortuna, how they played their matches, maybe some news and statistics...

Galatasaray finally plays this season again in the UEFA Champion League!
You can not imagine how I look forward to these matches! (big smile) 

Football or the american version of it: soccer is a part of my life. I follow and watch also the Premiere League, the Primera Division and the Serie A.

And I love to watch the highlights from NBA.
