It was really a great improvement of Philippine women athletes that they really step up on the next level than of men in Asian Games. Their performance has really shown that women really put a great fight in getting gold over other countries competitive athletes. The challenge has been faced despite on many struggles they went before they are able to take part as a representative for the Philippines on their specific sports.

Their strong will and determination to win are the following qualities and traits that they have shown and should be followed by future Filipino athletes. Their achievements as gold medalist have been a great success for the athletes and the country itself. It will be an instrument for improvement in terms of equipment and facilities that will be used for future athletes and that the government itself will see more future about the country's sports as an investment.

Women that manage to snatch gold medals in Asian Games:

Hidilyn Diaz

Prior to the Asian Games, Hidilyn Diaz already has joined several international tournaments and represents the Philippines in Women's Weightlifting competition. She won several medals which many of his fellow athletes and family are proud with her obtained success. She won successfully gold medal in 2018 Asian Games after she successfully manages to lift without any problem.

Yuka Saso, Bianca Pagdanganan and Lois Kaye Go

Yuka Saso has really been a great golfer even at a very young age and with training and experience, she manages to perform excellent performance during his games. Yuka Saso won both individual and team as gold medalists alongside with Bianca Pagdanganan and Lois Kaye Go who are performing competitive gameplay throughout the tournament.

Margielyn Didal

Margielyn Didal who has struggling herself to become a famous skateboarder even due to some limited grounds that she could practice. She never gives up and continues her passion until such someone did sponsor her which gives her the opportunity to compete in some international competitions and manage to make a place but this year has been too great for her since she did a very great performance on her tricks which gives her a good scoring from the judges. She won gold in Asian Games and has been the flag bearer of the Philippine flag during the closing ceremony of Asian Games in Indonesia.

Challenge to Men

This will be a wake-up call for male Filipino athletes that they should put more and exert more effort on their practice and put passion into it. I am sure that they will improve themselves and give much better results the same as the female athletes got in Asian Games.
