Some of the uneven bars skills from the 1990s were first performed by men on the high bar, and later adopted by women, like the Gaylord and the Gaylord II. It's such a shame that the current Women's Gymnastics Code of Points won't allow for the creative freedom to develop and train such skills, since the risk is not worth the reward. Also, some of the most difficult elements, such as the Gaylord II are not even in the Code of Points as they were only performed once and it wasn't at the world championships or Olympic Games, which was the requirement at the time to name a skill and add it to the Code of Points.
