Sports is an activity that initially aims to burn calories and nourish the body. But along with the progress of times and technology, sports experience a lot of development, and even no longer use muscles. At the moment there are quite a lot of sports that do not use muscles already included in international sports events. Say as an example a sample of chess and e-sport.
Different again in the England, there is a snail race race already on the international scale. Imagine, how come the animal did a race. You must be surprised right? Want to know the process of the match? let's see the explanation.

In 2016, the Snail Racing World Championship was held in Congham, England. In the competition brought more than 200 snails who will take part in the world snail racing championship. Anyone may participate in this race, participants are also allowed to bring their own pet slugs.

The race arena is held on a table covered with cloth that has been given 3 circle lines. Then the snails are placed in the center of the circle, and the fastest to get out of the circle is the winner.

Reporting from the pages of the World Snail Racing Championship, this year's champion was won by Colin Voss's Herbie 2 slug from Histon, Cambridgeshire. Herbie 2 managed to complete the 33-centimeter track for 3 minutes 25 seconds.

This championship is part of a local festival. In 1995, a record was created and recorded in The Guinness World Record when a snail named Archie managed to travel 33 centimeters, with a speed of 2 minutes 20 seconds.
