Guided meditation, like always being in joy

With this guided meditation, we will create a feeling of unlimited joy, which makes us discover our true nature, and which stops the crying of negative feelings. Pleasure, poetry and beauty are both inside and outside of us, in the people we love or in the way we approach life. Pleasure is synonymous with joy, let's learn to rediscover it in this meditation.
