Beermen will face the Aces in the semis after defeating TNT 106-102
San Miguel Beermen no longer holds their best-of-three quarterfinals of TNT Ka Tropa after they sweep it 106-102.
With the win they will face the Alaska Aces in the semifinals of the PBA Commissioner's Cup.
According to Beermen coach Leo Austria, the series was a torture for them because of the heaviest defenses shown by TNT.
Renaldo Balkman scored 25 points to help win the team while Alex Cabagnot scored 21 points, June Mar Fajardo scored 19 points, Marcio Lassiter scored 13 points.
