The PBA Commissioner's Cup quarterfinals take on San Miguel Beermen after defeating the Blackwater Elite 115-106.
Seven players worked with a double digit score.
Arwind Santos led 23 points and 15 rebounds while Marcio Lassiter had 18 points, Kelly Nabong scored 13 points.
Alex Cabagnot and Renaldo Balkman also had 14 points while June Mar Fajardo had 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Blackwater only scored 11 points in 43-32 in the middle of the second quarter to make Beermen a 25-6 run.
Because of the win the Beermen has already a 6-4 win-loss record.
The Beermen started the season with low records but they were trying hard to be part of the playoffs.
Kelly Nabong from Globalport came in and joined the team. Beermen already has a lot of scorers and Nabong's role is to play defense.
Christian Standhardinger also is preparing for his comeback. Beermen wanna make sure that he will comeback without a problem and will be playing for a long term.
Beermen, the defending champion, will try to defend their title. They are the top team in PBA and the most fearful opponent.
