To cut to the chase-- I learned and played poker in Henry Street's High School poker club for all four years of high school and visited the club on my breaks from college, where I semi-managed the poker clubs communications between alumni, students, and special guests via social media and email. Following the club obtaining a modest level of prominence I was featured in both an article and interview by Wall Street Journal, which illustrated the clubs essence and functionality balanced with the every-day social and educational requirements of high school life - of course, poker being taught and played in school at any grade level remains a controversial topic for some.

I established Henry Street High School's facebook page titled "The First Ever Original In-School Poker Club (A Mind Sport)" where I helped foster a following that attracted like-minded teachers and students from locations inside and outside of the U.S who reached out to me and to the club's creator for advice and for a framework on how to construct poker clubs in their respective schools.

Upon graduating college last May of 2015 and breaking through to new levels of my life, I felt as if life itself had slowly forced me to leave behind the glorious days I shared with the club and with my high school peers, yet I carry a piece of them and 'it' with me in my heart where ever I go...

From playing with high school friends at home games in which we ever so carefully asked our parents to let host to college games I hosted and promoted all over campus, poker grew with me internally as I grew into the man I am today. I've played in small to mid-stakes underground cash games in various spots in New York and have shipped a handful of small tournaments in Atlantic City. Some of my most memorable feats and joyous games have come from playing in the Broadway Poker League (BPL) started by Anthony Rapp, a famed broadway actor, celebrity, and skilled poker player.

I do not usually divulge my winnings and earnings with those who are curious enough to ask but because of my growing adoration and acceptance for Scorum and the crypto community , I will confidently affirm that I am a winning player just over break-even overall. These days you can thank me having to be away from home more often as well as starting a family and subsequently joining the world of crypto all in one year as reasons for my physical absence from the felt lately (felt- one half of the poker term definition for poker table).

Although I've never played at a professional level as of yet, I believe my share of widely diverse experiences, camaraderie among unique individuals, and deep understandings of the game of poker warrants me some recognition moving forward here as a writer and active member on Scorum's platform. My passion for the game of poker and my unquenchable thirst for progression only further illustrates my strong grip on life at a ripe age of twenty-five. Hopefully, the Scorum community will grow to view and accept my contributions as solid and credible and will remain eager to hear more from me for quite some time to come.

You can catch me in the Telegram chat sometimes throughout the week. You'll probably see me lightly trolling the trolls for laughs but more importantly being engaged, asking questions, supporting the team, learning, and reciprocating positive energy and information with other dedicated investors/community members.

I believe we should not only use this platform to increase our wealth, write posts, and brag to others about Scorum's overtaking, but also staying conscious of the fact that we are to learn and build off of each other, thus honing our character throughout the process.
