Antanas "Tony G" Guoga, for the few who don't know him, is a professional poker player, a politician, an entrepreneur and a father of two sons and two daughter. He is a Member of the European Parlament and a blockchain activist. You can check his wikipedia page to know more about him. He has acted as advisor to various blockchain start-ups and is a co-founder of a blockchain start-up that tends to monetize and reward its users with the collection of fitness data: Lympo.
Mostly he is known by the general public for his appearances on television broadcasts during the boom period of poker. At the tables, Tony G is a character who likes to tease and at the time he found in the good Phil Helmutt his favorite "victim". I have the opportunity to interview him because I worked with Lympo for the management of their Italian channels and having with Tony a poker background in common (of course with different results) I spoke directly with him.
Tony's stubbornness towards the blockchain struck me. He, like many others, is convinced of the potential of the blockchain and is doing everything to promote and improve the entire industry. He managed to get a deal with Mark Cuban, the president of the NBA Dallas Maverick, to have the "Lympo" brand on their training shirt. Mark Cuban, thanks to the indoctrination of Tony G and the Lympo team, has also bought 100,000,000 LYM (Lympo token) just to show how much he believes in these new start-ups that are born on blockchain technology. By the way, just today, in USA Lympo will launch their own app with the presence of MAVS and probably Tony G and Mark Cuban. Find out more here.
But returning to the main question of the post: would you have any questions to ask him? Any doubt, curiosity about poker or blockchain or how he achieved his success? I am already drafting mine but I would like to know if you also have something to ask and then ask him all the questions together. If so, leave your questions in the comment section below and the best will be done directly to Tony!
