One frustrating thing about living in Australia is that my country is very anti-gambling. So I was incredibly happy to find Ignition Casino the other day.

Our government here in Australia decided some time ago to remove the ability for us to play online poker for real money. This meant that all of a sudden, those of us who responsibly play online poker for money, had no way to remove our funds from these sites. We simply couldn't remove the money to our Australian bank accounts. And, in turn, we could no longer deposit funds to these sites to play poker.

It was a real shame. In my youth, I spent many an hour playing online poker for real money. And I actually became quite good at it. It was a fun hobby, and it never got out of hand for me.

So with the increasing popularity of cryptocurrencies I was extremely pleased to discover that I'm now able to play online poker for real money again thanks to sites like Ignition Casino.

There are a number of sites that have popped up that accept cryptocurrencies as deposits, which then allow you to play in the cash games. And when you want to withdraw your funds, you can simply withdraw them as bitcoin.

The site that I have very recently started using is Ignition Casino. I'd read a number of positive reviews about the platform, but the thing that got me in is that the site offers a 200% deposit bonus when you deposit bitcoin.  This is a much better bonus than if I were to deposit Fiat.

The other thing that made me choose this platform is that the tables are consistently busy, so there's rarely a delay in getting into a game. And of course there's all the usual games that I enjoy, even though I mostly play NL Hold'em.

What online poker platform do you guys prefer? Do you play on Ignition as well?
