CoinPoker invited everyone to send in their craziest hands for a shot at winning a top prize of 5000 CHP. I submitted my Royal Flush hand that occurred late in a PLO tournament and I was selected as a Finalist! You can check out all the finalists here.
My Hand Details
In the later stages of a PLO tournament I was dealt AKQJ double suited and the flop is a yahtzee for my hand. The unbeatable Royal Flush. In this hand I took down a pot of over 100,000 chips on my way to an 8th place finish out of over 400 entrants.
Why You Should Vote For My Hand
Aside from flopping the absolute best hand possible I was able to maximize the value of my hand by checking the flop, which induced an all-in that may not have happened had I led out. The next to act also became committed in the hand by calling the all-in before I also called. Knowing I had the stone cold nuts, I calmly checked the turn as well to see if I could induce another bet, but the player checked behind. On the river, knowing it was my last chance to get any value, I decided half the pot was right amount to bet. I got the call I was looking for and collected a huge pot that set up a nice deep run in the tournament.
