Last year turned out to be quite interesting for me, as I began to get acquainted with a new country, namely Egypt. Then my acquaintance with Egypt began during the participation in an interesting half marathon, “Pyramids Half Marathon”, which took place in the capital of Egypt — Cairo.

If last year my attention was mainly focused on Egyptian half marathons, this year I decided to look at local marathons. It turned out that three marathons are held in Egypt during the year. Marathons are held in cities such as Cairo, Luxor, and Alexandria. So let’s look at local marathons in more detail:
