It is a common knowledge that exercise is very healthy for your body! Why do not we all do sports?

The answer is simple: You can only participate in sports if you have a good training schedule and a good basis. Start walking! Keep your body fit and exercise sufficiently. With running schedules you can slowly build up and cover longer distances.

The message is: just Start to run!

What does this have to do with Scorum?

Sportsblog is a passive sport but let us all together make it an active event. By sharing this with each other, we are SWAO. Scorum, We Are One :o)

Every beginning of course is difficult, this is no different with sports. Starting to walk may be accompanied by sweating and toil, but the result of that sweating and toil may be seen! So keep your desired result in mind when you get it hard! Your fitness and endurance will greatly improve by running, so you can stay active longer with something. This is not only the case with sport but this also has an effect on your work, you can work much more concentrated and your productivity will increase. Also the loss of several kilos is not strange when walking and / or another sport in combination with a good, varied diet! Your body is stimulated to burn fat during exercise, so you will become slimmer over time!

Through Scorum we can it make a global action. Sounds fantastic does not it? Everyone runs their own pace and through Scorum we can share our stories.
